The Georgian Bay Biosphere Walk, Run, Pole is the largest fundraiser for cottage country health care.   Hosted by West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation (WPSHCF) the spectacular route twists along the shoreline of Georgian Bay, meanders through historic homes to finish along the sparkling waters of Georgian Bay.  The Health Centre is the only Emergency on the 250 K route between Barrie and Sudbury in addition, the facility makes it possible for patients with chronic diseases like cancer, cardiovascular diseases and pulmonary diseases to live and cottage in the area.
